Where are you located?
Based in Caledon, Ontario, we bring our mobile photo trailer to events across the GTA — from Halton and Peel to York, Durham, and Simcoe regions.
Can I customize my photo strips or props?
Absolutely! We can design photo templates to match your event theme, add logos for corporate events, and include themed props for birthdays, weddings, or special occasions.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings or peak event seasons, to secure your preferred date. Some events may be available on short notice depending on availability.
Do you print photos on-site?
Yes, our trailer is fully equipped to print high-quality photo strips on-site, so your guests can take home memories instantly.
What about power and space requirements?
The trailer requires a standard outlet within 15 meters. For outdoor or remote events, a backup generator may be required. The setup area should be roughly 12x10 ft for the trailer and props.
Do you offer digital copies of the photos?
Yes, after the event, we provide an online gallery for digital downloads.
What is your deposit/refund policy?
A $400 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event date.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event.
Can you operate indoors?
Yes, as long as there’s an accessible entrance and sufficient space for the trailer setup.
